Our Story
Parkview Properties was founded by Matt Schwartz as a student athlete at USC. Since its inception, Parkview has expanded to managing over six residential properties comprising over 50 units, and actively leases an additional 30 units on an annual basis for other owners.

Our Approach
We offer a client-focused experience that is professional and personal in accommodating both tenants and landlords’ needs. We are members of this community and are actively involved with student sororities, fraternities and sports teams. We pride ourselves on our boutique structure and personalized management style.

Our Strategy
By carefully vetting tenants, owners are assured of the best possible mix of tenants with the security of knowing the day-to-day management details will be handled by Parkview. Parkview also takes great pride in representing tenants by matching each individual and group with the appropriate living situation tailored to their preferences.
